Operator

Glow Crazy is operated by INVESTLAND ENTERPRISE LIMITED, company number 15222091, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 89 Thackeray Street, Derby, DE24 9GZ. Sessions take place at 66 Bridge Street, Worksop, S80 1JA.

Bookings and payment

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only when full payment is received and a confirmation is issued. The standard price is £35 per painter unless another price is clearly shown at checkout. Please check the date, time, number of painters and contact information before paying.

Each standard ticket is for one painter and includes a 60-minute UV neon splatter session, protective equipment, neon acrylic paint, splatter tools and one A2 canvas to take home. Up to 10 painters may attend a scheduled session.

Age and supervision

The minimum age is 4. Under-16s must have a responsible adult on site throughout the session. The supervising adult only needs a ticket if they will paint. The person booking is responsible for providing accurate ages and suitable supervision.

Arrival and late attendance

Please arrive 10 minutes before the booked start time for check-in and safety instructions. Sessions run to a fixed timetable. Late arrival may reduce painting time and, where the session cannot be provided safely or without affecting other customers, may be treated as a missed booking.

Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

You may request to reschedule by contacting hello@glowcrazy.co.uk more than 24 hours before the session start time. Changes are subject to availability.

Bookings cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Missed sessions are also non-refundable.

If Glow Crazy cancels, you will be offered a suitable alternative date or a refund of the affected booking. We are not responsible for other costs such as travel or parking. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Clothing, paint and belongings

Protective suits and goggles are provided, but paint can travel beyond protective equipment. Neon acrylic paint may permanently stain clothing, footwear and belongings. Wear old clothes and shoes and remove or protect valuables. Glow Crazy is not responsible for ordinary paint staining or items left unattended, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Safety and behaviour

Customers must follow staff instructions and use equipment only as directed. Paint and tools must not be used aggressively, aimed at faces or used outside the designated activity. Anyone behaving dangerously, abusively or under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry or removed without a refund.

Tell us before the session about relevant accessibility, sensory or support needs. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but customers remain responsible for deciding whether the activity is suitable for them or a child in their care.

Health

Do not attend if you have a contagious illness or a condition that makes participation unsafe. Paint must not be consumed. Avoid deliberate contact with eyes and mouths and follow staff instructions if contact occurs.

Photography

You may take photographs for personal use if you respect other customers. We will not use identifiable customer photographs for marketing without appropriate permission.

Damage and venue use

Customers are responsible for damage caused deliberately or through reckless disregard of instructions. Food and drink may only be consumed in areas identified by staff.

Privacy and contact

We process personal information under our Privacy Policy. Booking information is also handled through Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling and the relevant payment processor.

Questions or booking requests should be sent to hello@glowcrazy.co.uk or made by telephone on 07887 717 024. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
